McDaid's
Harry
Street, off Grafton Street beside the Westbury Hotel.
Usually packed
with tourists, this is certainly an old style and thankfully, old fashioned
Dublin pub. It was recently sold for an outrageous sum of money and has
been expanded.

This
a real pub, not a recently built 'Oirish' pub. Tourists usually stop
by for one or two. Good place to meet friends and enjoy a few decent
pints. |

Not
so much old style as real old. Even the wallpaper on the stairs has

Unless
you charm your way with someone from Denmark (not impossible) then

Not
as good as it should be after the last time I was there. Could do
better. |
And
the toilets? |

Could
do with some work. |

Can
get a bit packed especially in summer but that certainly adds to it.
Though touristy, it can still attract discerning locals. |
