Dawson Street, just next door to the La Stampa restaurant
and across the road from the Mansion House.
Only
opened in late 2000, this place has taken over from the 'being renovated'
Cafe en Seine as Dublin's pub for the terminally trendy. If you're not
feeling too good about your figure (male or female) then it might be best
to avoid this place. Might depress you a bit....

Mwah,
mwah....prepare for air kissing central. One of Dublin's newest and
trendiest spots. Some very good looking people here. Indeed the Corrs
and a few Man Utd players have dropped in. Whether that thrills or
disgusts you is your prerogative. I'm just mentioning it! |

Long.
Very long and narrow. The theme is middle east to this humble beer
drinker. Certainly stylish and relaxing though the stools and the
couches are the most uncomfortable I've ever come across. What asshole
designed them??? |

Anything
is possible though if you're not good looking and draped in Armani
(men) then forget it. Bit pretentious even by the excessive standards
of some spots in Dublin. |

Certainly
top of the range here. No doubts about that at all. None. Not a one.

For
a new pub, not bad. However it is becoming increasingly noticeable
that people are not drinking pints (especially Guinness) as much as
they did. |
And
the toilets? |

Nice
simple and pleasant. |

Drops
marks for those crappy seats and the 'me-me' attitude of its punters.
Still if you want to see some of Dublin's finer looking people you
can't go wrong here. |
